How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to your business needs. You’ll pay a combination of staff wages + our management fee, which covers everything from HR support and office infrastructure to IT security and compliance. There are no hidden costs—just a clear, simple itemised invoice that makes it easy to understand exactly what you’re paying for.
Who trains the offshore team members?
Your offshore team member is handpicked to match the exact skill set and experience you need, so they come in with the technical expertise required for the role. However, if you’d like additional training to align them with your specific processes, we’ll work with you to create a tailored training plan.
Like any new hire, there will be an initial time investment on your end to help them get comfortable and fully integrated into your systems, workflows, and software. But once they’re up to speed, they’ll operate just like an extension of your local team!
Will I have direct control over my offshore team member?
Yes! Your offshore team member works just like a local hire—you set tasks, manage workflows, and provide feedback. We’re here to support, but they report directly to you.
What if my offshore team member isn’t the right fit?
We work closely with you to ensure a great match, but if things don’t work out, we’ll help you find a better fit quickly and seamlessly.
